I remember Mike well from High School at Bishop Luers. He was a very nice guy who was always similng and very friendly. My thoughts and prayers are with his family in this difficult time.

Mike was one of nine grandkids on his mother's side of the family. Unfortunately, he had no control over the fact that he was the youngest of the nine grandkids. As I sit and think about what life will be like for his family now that he is gone, I can't help but laugh about how much Mike endured as the "baby" of the family. I am afraid he may have caught the blame for several things he wasn't involved

Mike was a friend in law school at Washington University. He was one of those guys with whom you always felt comfortable. I often would seek him out at social events because he was so welcoming and so much fun. My condolences to his family, who I am sure misses him very much. God bless.

To the family of Michael Tackett, I am so stunned and so saddened to hear of the loss of Mike. I worked with Mike at Allstate Insurance Company. He had a great sense of humor and made the work day a bit brighter. I remember him always telling stories about Ethan. And I remember him calling to tell us about the birth of his daugter. He was a very proud father. Please know that thoughts and prayers are with your family at this very sad time.

My sincerest sympathy to all of Mike's family. Our law school class was a special group and Mike was a solid guy, well-respected and liked. We are all very saddened to here of his passing. God bless.

Together we were Crusaders, Knights, and Pumas. How lucky I was to have him by my side, a perfect gentleman. Riding bikes and walking to school. Shoveling sidewalks on snow days to earn money for the latest Nintendo games. Home-run derby in the backyard. White knuckling it in the backseat of Mark's car on our rides home from high school. Bowling at Smitty's, a snipe hunting and Christmas tree high school court yard adventure. Drives to Rensselaer and back. I
