Thank you for sharing your amazing hospitality, enduring strength, unbridled generosity, honest encouragement, heroic hope and God's love in all you did. What a legacy you have left for all of us! Thanks for making your son such an honorable man. He has a gentle strength that came from you. I am blessed to have him as a parent, even though he came into my life several years after my birth. My deepest condolences go out to Helene's family. Helene was the best neighbor I have ever had. I will miss her vibrant spirit and her wonderful kindness. Thank you for all of the times you allowed me to help you with small tasks around your home. I always enjoyed our chats & the wisdom that she shared with me. You & your family are in my thoughts & prayers.

We will always remember Helen's spunkiness and upbeat personality when we spent time with her at family parties. She filled the room with joy! She also has the natural ability to rock any baby to sleep! We loved her and will miss her.

I met Helene several years ago through her neighbor, Arlene Bortz, and the first day that I met her she opened up her arms and gave me a big hug and kiss and said how glad she was to meet me, And every tine that I visited Arlene, Helene would always make sure that we had something for desert and as always she was there with her beautiful smile and a big hug and a kiss. I will always treasure the memory of knowing such a beautiful woman.

Sandy - So very sorry for your loss. It doesn't seem to matter how old they are, she was still your Mom and will be missed for a long time. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I have known Helen from St. John Lutheran Church. I worked with her many times at church activities. Definetly one of the hardest working people that I have ever met! She will continue to work as one of the Boier Girls up in heaven!! She will be missed very much by all. I am so sorry for your loss.

Sandy and family - I am so sorry for your loss. Your Mom shines on in Heaven and here on earth through her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as the many lives she touched. Sandy, I feel like I knew a part of her through the stories you told. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
