My heart is sad to think of Billie Jean's passing. So glad we had a chance to catch up by phone a few months ago. She never lost her wonderful, dry sense of humor. We could always talk and laugh. Even though Billie Jean struggled to breathe, she was as feisty as ever. I will miss her forever. My prayers to you, Mary, and your family. I know how much she enjoyed being with you and loved you so much.

Dear Prater family,
I was so saddened to hear of the passing of Ms. Prater. I have many fond memories of spending time with your family back when you all lived on Amelia St. May the Lord give you peace and strength as you go through this period.

May your memories bring you peace, comfort and strength. Ms. Prater was a wonderful neighbor and friend to our family. She was fun, and always remembered the kids in the neighborhood at Christmas time. I remember how happy she was to be moving to Washington to live with her beautiful granddaughter Mary. I know she will be missed dearly.

Love,
Dianna & Donny Casey

My heart is filled with sadness to know Billie Jean is no longer with us. I am comforted knowing she is no longer suffering. Words seem inadequate to express the loss of Billie Jean but when someone becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. Memories of Billie Jean will remain in my mind and heart forever.

Love,
Karen
