Mike has been our friend for so many years that it is hard to think of life without him. He and Penny are the best hosts anyone could find. Visiting their cabin and home was always fun and you never knew where the adventure would take you. Mike had a heart of gold and we loved him so. With the passing of Jerry--I do believe that they have gone fishing and we will find them together in heaven. We love you Mike.

Mike,

You were a great man. You taught me many things. I enjoyed the times we spent together. I only wished we had more. Your energy was contagious, you were always on the go and looking for the next big deal. I was blest by having you in my life.. God Bless and until we meet again.

It is not good-bye, but see you later Uncle Mike...

Love,

I'm so very sad to know that Mike is gone. He was such an interesting and interested person. I will miss talking astronomy with him. I pray for his soul, and the peace and comfort of his family.

Mike was a wonderful man.He was dedicated to the Village of Wheeler,as a water and sewer operator and maintained our streets to the very best of his abilities.
Mike would go beyond his work to help anyone who needed it.Mike was a great friend and loved his home up north and loved his family so much and Molly.
Mike will sadly be missed.I will miss him going by my house in his pickup, making sure Wheeler is running smoothly.
