Memories & Candles
In the ever so brief time I was “connected” with Robert, in an effort to bring an effective jail re-entry ministry to Kenosha, I felt the nature of a deeply caring person. He made a profound impact on my life with his energy and drive to put ideas into action. But more than the caring and energy and drive I will always remember him as a man who acted justly and loved mercy and walked humbly with God (ref: Micah

Dear Family, I am so sorry about the loss of Uncle Bob. As you grieve his death, do so with hope (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18) For in Christ Jesus death never gets the last word. We are Easter people and Alleluia is our Song. I have so many wonderful memories of the Hollman family visits to Tomahawk, the late night Monopoly and Risk games, the adventures on the lake, cousins climbing on moose statutes at weddings and of course Uncle Bob

My sincere sympathies to all. I worked with Bob on the District level World/International Community Service Committee. He was dedicated to making a difference and especially in Haiti. He did make a difference in many ways. I always enjoyed his stories of what he was doing in Haiti.

Our deepest sympathies to all the family. Bob was not only a relative, but a great friend as well. Sorry we are unable to attend the funeral. God Bless

Bob was a great Rotarian. I enjoyed working with him for a number of years on the District Simplified Grant Program. Bob exemplified "service above self". He was a great example to Rotarians in District 6270 and around the Rotary World.

Shocked to hear the news! Bob was a major blessing to so many people. His concern for those in and out of prison and his willingness to do what he could to help them be successful in their reentry was an encouragement to everyone who knew him. He will be badly missed!

Bob was a bright light here on earth, always ready with a smile for me whenever he came the The Salvation Army Divisional Headquarters. I look froward to seeing him smile even brighter in Heaven! Jim and I will miss him.
