Ralph D Ryder, Jr.

Ralph came to our gradeschool in Tipp and was smiling even then. We all liked him so much and I had a big crush on that smile and gentle person that he always was. He will be missed. Love to the family and hopes for your healing from this loss.

Much of the first decade of my life was spent as a neighbor of the Ryders in Pleasant Hill – they lived down the street from my house – and then across the street. I spent many a day playing with David and Don in their house and mine. Even though I haven’t been back to Pleasant Hill in 40+ years – some memories do not fade. Mr. Ryder was always kind and accepting of all the kids in the neighborhood. He listened intently and answered sincerely. He was a man of integrity and I always had a great respect for him. He was one of my early role models, and I shall always be grateful to him. Though it has been years, I feel the loss. My sympathy and love to Mrs. Ryder, David, Don and Barb.

Our Sympathy is with Shirley, Dave & Bonna, Danielle, Don, Barb He was a wonderful man. Always had a smile on his face. He will be missed, but he is with Our Lord, a better place. Love to all of you.
