Smiles and laughter came to you naturally
So did your gift of passing on knowledge
Helping others was your inborn pledge
Your ever-ready quips will be missed surely
You came, you saw, you lived
You played your part and now departed
You graciously left behind memories and wisdom
You have our gratitude and a place in God’s Kingdom
You will not only be sorely mourned
You will always be fondly remembered ©
