I will always remember what a sweet, polite young man Mike was. My heart is heavy with sadness as you are going through this difficult time. May God give you the strength and the peace that surpasses all human understanding as you celebrate the memories and love of Mike. God's peace be with you all. My prayers are with you.

I have such fond memories of Mike, both as my student at Wabash College and later as a staff member in admissions. I saw Mike work hard to master Spanish and celebrated with him when he was selected to study abroad. I will miss him; his good humor, patient demeanor, and kind heart.

I met Mike during my time at the Indiana Academy and loved every minute of being his friend! Mike was one of the most positive, easy-going people I have had the privilege of knowing. I believe that his compassion and love for others will continue to positively impact those who knew him and in turn, those who never had the honor. Mike lived a life worth celebrating and I am confident that is exactly what he'd want each of us to do! Rest in peace, friend.

I worked with Mike at the Indiana Academy. He helped with summer orientation programs each year and I loved those times. He was funny, kind, and great at helping the students engage and feel comfortable. I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you!
