Memories & Candles
Delores: I have just learned of "Juddy's"" passing today through the Masonic lodge newsletter which I receive here in Knoxville,Tn. We were friends for so many years and I have so many memories of our growing up together in Portsmouth,Va. And Juddy always sent the ham packages every Christmas for many years, no matter where I was living along with the Rodman's bar- b-Que calendar.
I also remember being at your home at Washing & Lee University the night your son was born.
My sympathy and blessings to you and the family.

I have many fond memories of enjoying Rodman's BBQ. Juddy would always greet you with a smile, a firm handshake, and a brown paper bag full of freshly roasted peanuts. My heartfelt condolences to the Rodman family.

My condolences to the family. I knew Mr. Rodman for many years and had the good fortune to enjoy his unique humor. He was such a gentleman.

I am very sorry for you loss and would like to share a comforting scripture from the bible at John 11:25,26-Jesus said, I am the resurrection and the life. He that exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life; and everyone that is living and exercise faith in me, will never die at all.)So here Jesus says that one day you will see her again. I hope this can provide comfort for the family and her friends as well.

Delores, RC and I send our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Juddy was a special person to so many over the years, and will be missed. His dad Roy and my dad Eddie Warwick were friends for many years, and Juddy continued the friendship after his dad's passing. We know that you have wonderful memories to help sustain you in the days to come. With love and blessings, Janet & RC Lilley, Jr.
