Gerry and Cheryl,
I was so sad to here about Louis. I have been praying for you both and tell you how much I wish I could have been there with you all this past Tuesday. Louis always greeted me a warm smile and a hearty handshake. I will miss him dearly and I know I will see him again in heaven. Please know you are in my thought and prayers. Hope to see you soon,
Eric

Gerry, you and Louis were the first to invite us into your home when we placed membership at Garland Road Church of Christ in 1975. Your friendship will always be very special to us. We enjoyed eating "out" with you guys many times over the years(Rocco's is still a special memory). We are thankful that God blessed us with your friendship. You are in our prayers.

Louis was one of the first people we met at Highland Oaks. He was in charge of the greeters. We will miss his warm and friendly greeting and hand shake on Sunday Mornings.

LOUIS WAS A TRUE GENTLEMAN OF THE HIGHET CALIBER. HE WAS LOVED FOR HIS EFFORTS IN THE CLASS OF '49. OUR PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. MAY GOD BLESS YOU. JIMMYE AND ALLEN CLARK

Louis was such a great and thoughtful friend. He will absolutely be missed by all of the class of '49. I will always remember the day he located me years after he was so dedicated to our class. He came and visited me, and we sat at my kitchen table, drank coffee, and talked of memories of those "old school days.
Louis, may you rest in peace.
