Richard Alan Miller

We were saddened by the news of Richards passing. We are glad that he loved his life and that he had you Barbara at his side all these years. The thought of the joy his children and grandchildren gave him is no small thing. He's now with his Lord, and together they're watching over you all.

Barbara, such sad news across the U.S.A. about Dick's death. He was a very special guy to me and many of his Notre Dame, '56 Classmates, as well as neighbor in Geneva in the early '90s. We'll all miss him.

George and I had put together a quick plan for a mostly day trip to attend the visitation on Sunday, and then return home, but the wives, who know us pretty well, came up with a number of reasons why we two antiques should not do a day trip. Please know that we are thinking about you all,

Please know that we are thinking about you all, and remembering a great many fun occasions we had together. One that comes to mind when we were all much younger and could not afford anything, was a card game called "In Between" played with pennies, which would build up a pot of over $3.00, and we would wonder how it ever got that big.
