Knew Mr. Young over thirty years and could never call him Newt. He was my mentor when I was a raw recruit in the Navy. Mr Young always had time for us / whether telling of his experiences for fun or to make a point. His rank of CWO4 was a sign of his successfull Naval career and a sure indication we were to give him the respect he so richly deserved. Takes an act of Congress to make such
