sorry to see William has passed, he will be missed. i am happy to see him free of pain and remember my time at SCDoT lexington with him and the crew. my deepest condolences to his wife and his family.

I am very sorry to hear about William. He was a very polite and trust worthy hard working man. He has been and will be greatly missed at the DOT. It was very nice seeing him from time to time when he would stop by the shop. I always admired his faith in God. He was a great imperation to a lot of people.
