Memories & Candles
I was a friend of James' sons Joey and Michael during our teenage theater years in Lynchburg. James was always such a delight to be around and his smile lights up my memory. The last time I saw him was at the grand opening show at the Charlottesville Pavillion 7 years ago after not seeing him for probably a decade, but I recognized him immediately because of that charming smile.
I send you all the light and love that I can summon to help bring the family peace in this difficult time.

Val:
My thoughts and prayers are with you today and the next few weeks as you adjust to life without your best friend and soul mate. God will comfort you and hopefully your church family will also be a blessing to you. Please call me if you need anything.
God bless and keep you,
Steve Bailey

I am deeply sorry for Jim's loss to so many, and especially for Joey & Michael. He was so proud to be their father, and he loved them both so dearly.

The world, especially the plumbing industry world, became a little dimmer on Sunday as we lost Jim. His infectious smile and cheerful personality always brightened up the day for those who had the priviledge of being in his presence.God bless you,Jimmy, and when we all meet again on the other side of the river, we will toast and share a "splash"!
