My heart grieves for each one of you. My thoughts and sympathies remain with you as God comforts you in this time. What an honor to have been blessed with such a Godly man in this short lifetime! Keep his legacy going by continuing to share the faith as really it is the only strength to have in this world and what granted Mr. Ray to the presence of Our King.
My prayers continue for your family.....until we again all our loved ones!

Words could never describe the impact Mr. Ray Carter (and his precious wife Katherine), and all the family, had on my life. Mr. Ray was such a good, Christian man that loved his family and loved God.
One of the funniest memories I have is him banging on the wall warning us (the giggling girls) if we didn't quiet down then...! Not sure what he would do, but we tried to get quiet. The quiet lasted about 10 minutes

Ray has left a great legacy -- he and Katherine raised great children who grew up to be great parents with great children of their own ... and the legacy continues .......................

I'm so very sorry for your loss. Ray was such a fine Christian man. He was so blessed to have you to love and care for him. I pray that your Savior Jesus Christ will hold you in his arms and comfort you during the coming days.

Mr. Carter sounds like a wonderful person and someone who I wish I could have known better. I can remember specifically talking with him on one visit he and most of the Carters made to WV. The Carter family impressed me as good, down to earth, Chrisian people. I wish you all God's peace and comfort at this difficult time. I'm sorry that distance does not allow us to be more supportive, but please know your family is in my prayers. My love, Ollie Dailey

As I sit preparing a message for you, my heart is heavy thinking about you not being with us. You were faithful dad! Thank you for being a great father in law, and a wonderful example of Christ. Your greatest gift to me was your youngest daughter as my wife. I promise to care for her, until my last breath.
I thank God for the Carter family. They are my family and I love them much!
