I am sad to hear of Debra's passing. I have known her since I came to BYU 16 years ago. She was always a calm support to our office and was willing to go through several versions of reports until she created the perfect fit for our needs. I could always count on her and loved her quiet cheerful friendly voice.
She was loved and respected for her work and we will definitely miss her.

Brad, Quinn, and Zane,

I'm sure nothing can express the emptiness you are feeling right now but I just wanted to share something that finally gave me the peace I was searching for to help me deal with this great loss. On You Tube-If you look up Singer Hillary Weeks and the song "He'll Carry You", I think you will find some comfort in the words of that song. Debra contacted me for information and we quickly became friends. She visited my wife and I at our home in Spanish Fork a couple of times and provided us with pictures and information about her Beck side of the family.
We found Debra to

Debra was a quite, committed, worker bee. I loved working side by side with her on the Salem Heat club soccer team that Tannon and Quinn were on together for several years. She wanted to support anything and would jump in to do so quickly, quietly and without fanfare. No matter what her assignment, she would fulfill it quickly and efficiently. She was thoughtful and seemed to sense a need and meet it before she was asked. Just this past

Brad,

Though I only knew Debra for a few years, I throughly enjoyed working with her. I will remember that she always wore her colored shoes. She was a pleasure to associate with. She will be missed. My sincere condolences.

Brad,

I am sorry for your loss. Debra and I worked together for many years, she was a wonderful person.

I will miss the funeral, as I am out of town. But I wanted you to know my prayers are with you and the kids.
