Many fond memories of Jimmy during our patrol days in the early periods of our careers in the old EDGEWOOD DETACHMENT. I voice the same feelings as others- Jimmy was a person of high character and commitment. It was an honor know Jimmy.

My deepest condolences to the family of Jimmy. I pray that God looks down his family at this time of their loss. I also worked with Jimmy back in the early 70's at MSP Bel Air. I received this sad news of Jimmy's passing from Terry Noye last night. Decades-old memories came flooding back as though it were yesterday. My late husband, Bob (MSP), thought the world of Jimmy. I never knew Jimmy as well as Bob did, of course, but everything that Bob ever had to say about Jimmy were good things---great things. The world has lost another good man. Please accept my most sincere condolences during this most stressful time in your lives. Jimmy was a good man with a great sense of humor. We patrolled the Edgewood area together back in the early 1970's and always watched each other's back. Trust in God and He will see you and your family through this most difficult time. God Bless you all.
