I miss you Mumsie. If you were here, we'd be packing up to head to OH for Jerry and Linda's wedding. I have too much time on my hands now. Other than day to day drudgery, time without you fills my time. I miss the hustle and bustle of going places. When I think of all the places we've been, the things we've seen, and the adventures we've had, I want MORE!
The Magic Bottle remains untouched...
Can't you get a weekend pass or something?!
I love you Mumsie Adele.

This one is for Grama and you both...I'm smiling (to myself unfortunately) because today is Grama's 105th birthday. Remember how in the past few years we would joke that "even if Grama WERE alive she'd be dead!" and we'd laugh and raise our Brut glasses to toast her.
I can still hear her talking about the Dom and saying, "is it supposed to taste like this" and we'd all laugh because none of us had ever tasted it and didn't

You and Grama were always a ball of laughs and my times with you were cherished. The best compliment I can pay you is to say that I hope one day my daughter will think of me and smile the same way I do about you two.
I want to be the T.O.O.
I imagine you two and Joan will be heading for a hillbilly bar and kicking up your heels. Have fun and know that one day you'll have to make room for the 4th member, ok?

My first Mother's Day without my Mother - lonely. Everyone was as sweet and thoughtful as always, but I was mad. I couldn't stop the feeling even though I knew it was childish. So many people have lost their Mothers just like me, but I decided to be mad at all of those who still HAVE their Mothers and don't even appreciate them.
I still owe you that Mother's Day dinner at Golden Corral. Do you mind taking a rain check?
Dad

Dad bought me a monstrous card and glued 10 scratch-offs inside! It was creative and thoughtful and he gave me a vase of roses from the yard. His roses are practically taking over all the space.
Jeff sent me flowers and Erin sent me HUGE chocolate-covered strawberries.
The best part (as you well know) is mother-daughter time. Erin took me to Barnes and Noble and we read house plans and drank mocha frappuccinos. Then we went to look at the lot (which is now cleared and leveled). The end was a great dinner at Bravo, complete with the lobster bisque.
She drove me home and I sat on the couch with all three dogs and we watched TV and fell asleep.
It would have been perfect if you had been here. When we are together again, we'll make up for lost time.
I love you Jeannine Adele.

Mumsie - I never thought I'd have to go through ANY of my life without you. Statistically, we both knew that would have been rare, but I hoped anyway.
So many things are happening and I hope you're getting the news up there. The house finally sold (at a loss, but sold nonetheless). I'll be moving to Conway mid-June and Dad and Boo will have a Roomie until the new house is built.

I have been feeling like I can't get a deep breath for days now and I know it's just anxiety, but it's driving me crazy. If you could drop down for a nap, I know I'd be better right away.
I love you.
I love you, too.
See you in the morning.
I suppose.
The rituals and routines of our lives make it easier to accept the loss because I know we'll be able to pick up exactly where we ended. Please watch over me, Mommy. I'd hate to have to put a call in to Anne Francis LOL.

Mommy - so many people in our family promised to come back to see us and you promised, too. So where ARE you? I'm afraid you're having so much fun that you've forgotten me (whine, whine). I KNOW you haven't forgotten me, but it'd be great if we (the people left behind) knew the rules. Are you not allowed? Are you not high enough in the ranks to send emails?! LOL
Watch over me, ok? Today's Dad's 75 WOW Birthday. We

Watch over me, ok? Today's Dad's 75 WOW Birthday. We went to Kobe's yesterday and had a great meal and went back to Erin & Cody's and had a cake roll for dessert. It was fun, but you were missing.
Yesterday they played an infomercial for Classic County and I listened to the entire program just to hear the moldy oldies we loved so much. I sang along with almost all of them, which shows how old I am getting. They called them songs of the 50's and 60's and I KNEW them...eek, I am ancient!
Please tell everyone hi for me. Did you find George yet? I bet he and Dorothy are still reminiscing. Does Tim stop by much? If not, tell him it's his JOB to see you every day until I can do it myself.
Jonnie and Wendy are still hanging out together, so keep your fingers crossed. I wish him happy times to make up for all the sad times.
I love you, Mommy.

I haven't talked to you in forever it seems. Have you found George yet? His trip upstairs was on 4/16. When you see him, give him a hug and tell him I can't wait to eat lamb chops with him when my time comes.
Have you been watching over Dad? He's doing so well and says he thanks you every single day for the life he lives because of you. Along those lines, he's on a bus trip to Choctaw to

I have more than 7300 emails to read, so I'm back to work. Know that I love and miss you each and every moment I breathe, Mumsie.

Mommy - I'm sitting here at work, singing "Animal Crackers in My Soup" with Shirley Temple. I loved when you and I would sing goofy songs and laugh at each other until we were crying.
"I make 'em jump right through a hoop, those animal crackers in my soup". Missing on you Misser. xoxo xoxo

Yesterday, I went to Lake Conway and took a nap in my bed. The bedroom's not the same, nor is the bed, but the memories are the same. What a perfect time we had napping together. It seems that being there and napping relieves the lonelieness and sadness. I feel you in the house.

Today, I have to say a word so it doesn't fade away and get forgotten...the word is p'tay. Only Grama and you and I used that word (to the best of my recollection). So I don't say it out loud, but I will write it every now and then. GRANDE P'TAY today (bahahaha).
JB says to go find Justa and throw her a ball or a toy. Are Sam and Max with you?
I love you Mumsie Adele
