Cathy and family, I am so sad to hear of your loss. I will always have fond memories of Gerard and you growing up at St. Anthony's. Your restaurant also holds many memories of happy gatherings. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

So sad to hear of his passing. He was such a great individual and dedicated to making sure to provide a part of himself to the residents of Longview and East Texas so they would have something enjoy from his families' dinner table. He carried the torch as far as he could and has received noteworthy praise for having done so. May God Bless and Strengthen the entire Cace family in the days, weeks, and months to come. God Bless each and every one of you.

To all of the Cace family, All too soon another of the great human beings has left us. No words can heal a wound so fresh as this. When the shadow of sadness falls across your heart, illuminate it with the memories of joy and laughter that that Gerard spread so abundantly. He was loved by many, but none as deeply as you.
