Cathy and family. Only 3 short weeks ago we were sitting and laughing at your restaurant sharing old fishing tales and rememebering Gerard's Father. What a shock to hear of Gerard's passing. I am so glad to hear that he was fishing and with his daughter--a hidden blessing. When my fathwer passed at the eulogy I spoke of fishing and that Dad always said I was stiill too young to go out in the Gulf, when he passed he once

So sad to hear of his passing. He was such a great individual and dedicated to making sure to provide a part of himself to the residents of Longview and East Texas so they would have something enjoy from his families' dinner table. He carried the torch as far as he could and has received noteworthy praise for having done so. May God Bless and Strengthen the entire Cace family in the days, weeks, and months to come.
