Patricia was born on May 16, 1960 and passed away on Monday, August 6, 2012.

Patricia was a resident of Springfield, Virginia at the time of her passing.

She is survived by her husband Stephen III.

Friends and family may call at Demaine Funeral Home Springfield VA from 5-9 PM Friday August 10th Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated on August 11th at 11:30 AM at Saint Bernadette Catholic Church.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation (www.cbf.org) in Patty's memory.
