I have known Billy since I was about 10 years old. I haven't seen him much through the years, but when we saw each other it was great and I always got a big hug. He always was a wonderful person and I always thought of him as a good friend. Anyone who knew him was truly blessed. Dolly I know you must have many wonderful memories to remind you of your life together. God bless you during this time of grief.

Billy was always a huge encouragement to me in many ways that words cannot express. Surely he is in a great place as these words are written but he will definatley be missed by us that remain here for a while.

I grew up knowing this beautiful and gentel man as my "Uncle Billy". If anyone ever needed anything here came Uncle Billy. From helping me work on my first car, to helping my Mimi around the house after my Grandfather died. He was an incredible human being and will be missed. No one ever gave a better hug than my Uncle Billy. Say hello to Grand Daddy for me. I love you.

Oh my I am saddened by this news. Bill was such a great guy. Loved his jokes. I will miss him terribly. Evelyn, please know he is now breathing easily and telling God his jokes.
