Memories & Candles
Lee Jones was a great man who had a heart of gold. I have been renting from him for over a year and he was the best landlord a person could ask for. He worked with my wife and I when things got tight financially and always understood what was going on. He treated our daughters as though they were his own grand kids and that always made them happy. I was shocked to hear about his passing and it

Brother Jones was very special to me. He never failed to encourage all of us in faith, education, or basic life lessons. I'm grateful that I knew Brother Jones and look forward to seeing him again in Heaven. I know the Lord has a crown of glory just for him. I'll see you there Brother Jones.
Love in Christ Jesus,
Sarah McGill

Bro Jones was a very humble MAN OF GOD that taught us the Christian principles of life. When you looked at Bro Jones, you could see Christ. We loved and respected him very much! Bro Jones not only taught us in the Adult Sunday School class but he taught our son in the Christian school and we will never forget him! May God Bless the Jones Family!

We met Lee at a Community Taxpayers meeting. He was so interested in our association and participated in what was going on. He helped us at our Old Settlers booth this past August and he had just started coming to our meetings.
He will be geatly missed by many. We liked talking to him as he was so inspirational. God bless his family and comfort them in their loss.

We were glass mates for 4 years (Class of 1959). You will be missed very
much. You were just there and I remember seeing you walk down the road
as you were leaving on that Oct.6, 2012. We will miss you at our reunions.

Dad you will be greatly missed. Each and everyday you taught me how to be humble, strong and honest person. You not only was a great man and father but a role model that I wish every child could of had while growing up. All week my mind has been playing that song, "Daddy's Hands" by Holly Dunn, and I do believe that song is the epitome of who my Dad was:
I remember daddys hands folded silently in prayer And
