Dear Glady,
Jim and I send deepest sympathy to you, Kurt, Eric & Jay and families. Your Christmas card revealed to us Ross was ill.

We are so glad we could meet you at HHI a few years ago...so good to see you both.

A friend of ours in Crossville, TN mailed the obituary from her newspaper which we received yesterday.

God Bless, take care and we will be thinking of you.

Glady, we were sorry to read of your loss. Ross was truly a special person and the people whose lives he touched are the better for it.
Ross believed in giving people a chance. I know because he gave me the opportunity to work when I was really at a low point in my life.
I will never forget insurance decisions he made regarding employees and benefits.
Not only did he talk the talk, he walked it also.
I write these words with a sad heart.
He was a fine man who will be greatly missed by all!

Love, Linda

Ross was a trusted friend and mentor. I still live by many of the principles he taught me and cherish the memories of much advise he gave to me as a young man. I had nothing to offer this man but he saw things in me I couldn't see myself. He truly made "the" difference in my professional life giving me opportunities far beyond what I could have imagined. When years had passed and our paths no longer crossed, in

Glady, Debbie and I wish to express our deepest sympathies to and your family. We have great memories of Ross from our days in Scott County. He was a brilliant business and civic leader. He always had a kind word, an interest in others and a keen wit. We are truly saddened by his passing.

Glady- My deepest condolences to you and your familiy on Ross's passing. I have fond memories of sitting next to Ross at a recent KMA event and sharing KMA stories. His leadership positions at the KMA and KSO enhanced the operation and reputation of both institutions and, rightfully, will be his enduring legacy.
Fondly, Alan

Glady,

We are thinking of you and your family, and we know that mere words cannot assuage your grief.

Ross was one of the kindest, smartest, and wittiest men I have been privileged to know. I learned something every time I talked to him, and he was always interested in what others had to offer.

Knoxville will be the poorer for his passing. His sense of civic duty and involvement should be a lesson to us all in how to be a vital part of the city and how to make it a better place.

Knoxville needs more people like Ross.

My deepest condolences to you, Glady, in your loss. I will remember Ross as a man who persevered with a great attitude and dry wit, even in difficult circumstances with his health. I feel honored to have met you both.
