I'll miss Doc, he was such a good friend. We both shared a love for old cars and guns.I was lucky to have phone calls with him. I'll never forget him helping me fix a gun and then he came out to talk to me spending time away from the store.I'm sure Judy would have liked him seen to do better things but we have been Freinds for over 35 years. I am very sorry to hear about your loss. Doc was one of the most caring and giving men,that I have ever met. Always thinking of things he could do for the town or others. From the Halloween walk or haunted houses, to sweet corn days pulling the train to give kids a ride. The many other things he did could fill a page. Always thinking of others. The love and excitement he would have when talking about his family.

I am so sorry for your loss. DOC was such a. great guy,so full of life,and had a heart bigger than Texas. I have so many wonderful memories of playing cards and being neighbors for many years. I'm thinking of you all,and will keep you all in my prayers.
