Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home
Choosing a funeral home or cemetery can be an overwhelming decision, especially at an emotional time. That's why it is important to know that there really is a difference. Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home has been under the management of the D.W. Newcomer’s Sons family since 1986, when D.W. Newcomer’s Sons purchased the business from the Archer family. Today, we continue to provide families with quality, compassionate care. The funeral arrangers at Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home offer families strength and comfort during a difficult time.
The history of Church-Archer-Pasley dates back to 1922, when it began as the Church-Stephens Furniture & Undertaking Company. In 1923, Mr. Church joined Edgar Archer to form Church-Archer Funeral Home. After 21 years in the funeral business, Mr. Church sold his interest to the Archer Family and in 1980, Church-Archer purchased the Pasley Funeral Home from Mr. John Pasley, combining both operations into one, occupying the present location at 119 East Franklin Street in Liberty, Missouri.
At Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home, we offer complete funeral services including a full range of cremation options. We own and operate our crematory facility, allowing us to maintain complete control of the process. The staff of Church-Archer-Pasley also offers ways to help families cope and grieve the loss of a loved one. Our spacious funeral home has an arrangement room, a visitation room, and a chapel that can accommodate up to 150 family and friends. Ample parking is also available to all guests.
Families can be assured that they will receive personalized, individual attention when making arrangements with Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home. Our professional and caring staff members understand that the loss of a loved one is a very personal experience, and are here to help. At Church-Archer-Pasley, we believe that every life is unique, and every funeral should be too. We celebrate life. And for those who like to plan ahead, we offer The Simplicity Plan® prearrangement program—an easy way to handle an important responsibility.
