We invite you to learn more about our three funeral home locations: LATHAN FUNERAL HOME (JACKSON) With approximately 10,000 square feet, Lathan Funeral Home in Jackson is our largest location. Founded in 1926 as Woodson Funeral Home, it became Lathan Funeral Home in 1968. Our facility in Jackson features a chapel with seating for 160 guests, a separate family room that can accommodate 45 people, a lounge area, two visitation rooms and an arrangement room, as well as ample parking. We are located on U.S. Highway 43, within 90 minutes of the Mobile airport. LATHAN FUNERAL HOME AND MAGNOLIA LAWN CEMETERY (GROVE HILL) Lathan Funeral Home's 4,400-square-foot Grove Hill location has an arrangement room, two visitation rooms, a lounge area and a chapel that can seat 160 guests. We also have more than enough parking for visitors. The funeral home is conveniently located on U.S. Highway 43 North, on the grounds of Magnolia Lawn Cemetery. Traditional ground burial is available at neighboring Magnolia Lawn Cemetery. A beautiful statue of a marble tablet with praying hands can be found on the grounds of the cemetery. LATHAN FUNERAL HOME (CHATOM) At Lathan Funeral Home's Chatom location, guests will find a facility with two visitation rooms, an arrangement room, lounge area, and a chapel with seating for 160 loved ones. Lathan is located on U.S. Highway 17 North. Plenty of parking is available for those visiting our Chatom funeral home.
