HIGHLAND MEMORIAL PARK, FUNERALS AND CREMATIONS Highland Memorial Funeral Home was built on the grounds of Highland Memorial Park in the 1970s. Renovated in 1995, the funeral home offers a comforting environment. Inside the spacious chapel you will find a beautiful lighted stained-glass feature and seating for up to 250 guests. A large foyer with a fireplace is adjacent to the facility's three staterooms. A lounge area and kitchen are available for family use. Families consider Highland Memorial Park to be one of the most prestigious cemeteries in the Knoxville area. The well-manicured grounds encompass more than 114 rolling acres, which will allow the cemetery to grow for years to come. A large chapel mausoleum houses hundreds of spaces, as well as niches for those who select cremation. Often chosen because of its elegance, the Reflection Garden offers another form of memorialization. Private family mausoleums and estates are also available. Veterans are honored in a special garden. Traditional ground burial and a cremation garden can also be found at Highland Memorial Park. Highland Memorial Park, Funerals and Cremations is located in the downtown Knoxville area. HIGHLAND SOUTH MEMORIAL PARK, FUNERALS AND CREMATIONS Highland South Funeral Home opened atop a hill on the grounds of Highland South Memorial Park in 1979. The building features a large viewing room, family lounge and a chapel with seating for 120 guests. Highland South Memorial Park was developed in 1965 and is comprised of 41 acres. The cemetery has the great Smokey Mountains as a backdrop. Many burial options are available at Highland South including traditional ground burial, mausoleum entombment, private family mausoleums and cremation niches. Highland South offers a beautiful fountain garden, and lovely statues can be found throughout the park. Highland South Memorial Park, Funerals and Cremations is conveniently located in South Knoxville on Chapman Highway and is also close to the Seymour community. HIGHLAND WEST MEMORIAL PARK, FUNERALS AND CREMATIONS Built in the 1970s, Highland West offers families a large chapel and a visitation room adjacent to the lobby. Many families choose Highland West for its warm and cozy atmosphere. Established in the 1970s, Highland West Memorial Park is comprised of 22 acres, 12 of which are currently developed. Burial options include traditional ground burial, a veterans garden, private and community mausoleums and cremation niches. A fountain and statues contribute to the serene atmosphere of the park.
