Phyliss I. Platt, 86, passed away Thursday, June 18, 2009 at her residence in Fort Wayne. She was born in Fort Wayne, and was a homemaker. Surviving are her sons, Jeff (Melody) Platt of Chandler, AZ, Ralph (Trudy) Platt of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Ranelle (Brent) Parker of Bluffton, IN, Trevor Platt of Chandler, AZ, Emily Platt of Chandler, AZ, Terry Buzzard & Sherry Karst, both of Huntington, IN; great-grandchildren, Justin Parker & Jarrod Parker, both of Fort Wayne. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph E. Platt in 1979 and daughter, Nancy Buzzard. Committal graveside service, 11am Thursday, at Haverstock Cemetery, Zanesville, Indiana.
