MICHELLE A. CHESSER, age 18 of Onsted, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at home. She was born on January 21, 1991 in Tampa Florida, the daughter of George and Cynthia (O'Boyle) Chesser. Michelle, known by family and friends as Mickey or Pixie, attended Onsted Schools where she was very active in sports and music. She earned her G E D in June of this summer. Michelle loved bowling, movies, animals, all types of outdoor sporting activities, and exploring nature by collecting rocks, shells and flowers. Michelle is survived by her parents, two sisters, Brittany Chesser of Manitou Beach and Amanda (David) Fredenburg of Michigan City, Indiana, paternal grandfather, Billy Chesser of Manitou Beach, maternal grandmother Mary Lou O'Boyle of Farmington Hills, niece, Jasmine Chesser of Manitou Beach, her dog Charlie and her fiancé', Mike Burgess of Brooklyn, several aunts, uncles, , Jeffrey (Anne) O'Boyle, Robert Sharilyn) O'Boyle, Gordy (Debbie) Eason, Bridget (Ron) Conrad, Jack Chesser, Robert (Irene) Chesser, Barbara (Kevin) Abrams, John (Polly) Chesser and Billy (Jessica) Chesser and many cousins and numerous other extended family members and friends that are truly saddened by her passing at much, much to young an age. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Joan Chesser and paternal grandfather, Jack O'Boyle. Funeral Services for Michelle will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, November 23, 2009 at the Gateway Community Church in Onsted with Rev. Gretchen Sanewsky officiating. Cremation will follow. Visitation will be at the Brown-VanHemert Funeral Home in Onsted on Sunday, November 22, 2009 from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M.
