John William Fotch, 65 of Spring Hill passed away on March 18, 2010 at his home. He was born in Merrillville, Indiana and came here in 1970 from New Haven, Connecticut. He worked 30 years with GTE and retired with Verizon. John enjoyed spending time with family and cooking. He was the family anchor and was there for anyone to give advice when asked and always ready to help. He would often spend time tinkering and fixing things in the garage. John is the son of the late Wilfred and Elizabeth Fotch , also preceded in death by his brother Wesley.
He is survived by his loving wife Bonnie, 3 sons; Neil and his girlfriend Suzanne Moloney of Spring Hill, Florida, Mark Campanella and his wife Yvonne of Clearwater, Florida and Darin McClure of Jacksonville, Florida, 2 daughters; Nanci Patrick and her husband Jon of Round Hill, Virginia and Lisa Benton of Palm Harbor, Florida, brother Carl Fotch of Spring Hill, Florida, sister Susan Smith and her husband John of Naperville, Illinois, and 6 grandchildren; Gavin Patrick, Finlee Patrick, Scott Walker, Daemon Benton, Costin and Valen Campanella.
Friends will be received on Saturday, March 20, 2010 from 2-4 p.m. at the 7HC of Brewer & Sons Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will immediately follow at 4 p.m.
