Victoria Annette "Vicki" Davis, 59, Indianapolis, former longtime Martinsville resident, passed from this life unexpectedly on Feb. 27, 2012, while visiting her son in Smyrna, TN.
She was born March 10th, 1952 in Shoals, Indiana to the late Paul and Vivian (Baker) Lannan.
Mrs. Davis was a Bedford North Lawrence High School graduate and attended vocational school. She was a homemaker and enjoyed collecting Native American art and she was a dedicated Nana to her two grandchildren.
She leaves behind her loving family including her husband, James A. "Jr" Davis, Jr. of Indianapolis, IN; whom she married in 1978. Also surviving are two sons, Steven "Mac" Harris (wife, Samantha) of Smyrna, TN and Justin Davis of Indianapolis, IN, four sisters, Adah Harrell, Adele Purlee and April Gleen, all of Bedford, IN and Bettie Hubbard of Indianapolis and two grandchildren, Samuel Michael and Shaine Morgan Harris.
Friends are welcome to visit on Saturday, March 3rd, 2012 from 3-5 pm at Neal & Summers Funeral & Cremation Center, Martinsville. Cremation will follow the visitation and there will be no funeral service or burial.
