Marynoyes was a first cousin to my late father, Leslie Emerson. Though we met only in the last years of her life, she was dear to me, as she was to many. I have wonderful memories of Marynoyes and her gift of her memories to me. I send sincere sympathy to all her children and grands.

I have many fond memories of the Holden family, particularly Dr. and Mrs. Holden as they related to my grandmother, Alice Winde. They were wonderful and caring neighbors to her, and I remember how comforting Mrs. Holden was to me during the last days of my grandmother's life.
