Message from the Family
Thank you for your support during this difficult time. Please enhance this tribute by adding your memories and photos. Many have asked about sending flowers or a favorite charity. Our mother loved flowers & was fond of St. Judes for children.

She always said that reading, education and the expansion of one's own perspective on life was the key to personal satisfaction and in this she helped me greatly. I will always be thankful for her friendship and support, my memories of her and her loving way towards all those in need is unmatched. I always thought that she and I would meet again after all these years but it was not meant to be. In the next life I hope to see Linda again, I miss her and think of her often. May God bless Linda and her family.

To each of you, Linda meant the world to me. I met her in a time when I really needed a trustworthy friend. We just clicked it was as though we had known each other a lifetime. Then , for me, it crystalized not only did I discover she attented High School with my late brother Philip Kunkle, but she also had fond memories and great respect for his good character during those years. Thats was all I needed to

The thoughtfulness, caring, giving, teaching, and the respect she continued to give to me well into her sickness I promise all of you I will never forget . She left with me hope each encounter we ever had. She also promised me that her spirit would be as protective in her next realm as it was for me in this life. Peace and contentment to each of you.

Linda and I became fast friends when we worked together 40 years ago at the Naval Weaspons Station in Seal Beach. She was my "office-mate" and she taught me so much about courage and friendship. We were both so young - just beginning in many ways - we shared much, and we had so much to learn. Our connection proved to be stong and lasting. Even though we stopped working together in 1972, we always stayed in touch and kept
Even though we stopped working together in 1972, we always stayed in touch and kept up with each other. Linda's friendship, kindness, loyalty, wisdom, sense of humor and ability to laugh in every situation have been a constant source of inspiration to me. My heart is heavy as we lose her to this life, but I know she is enjoying her new life in heaven - still curious, still optimistic, still laughing, and always loving. Linda is an indelible part of me. I hold her in my heart and soul for eternity. My love to Leah, Melissa, Cliff and your whole family.

Linda and I worked together at School for Adults with students that were picking themselves up out of welfare to become productive citizens of the community. Linda was warm and loving with each one. She made us all laugh along the way. Linda leaves a little light inside all of the lives she touched.
