Our hearts go out the Holmes family for the loss of a wonderful man. It has been years since we have seen the family, but we have memories from the past of partying together. Our fondest memory is the New Years Eve we spent together on a yacht sailing on the intracoastal waterway in Broward County with Tim, Debbie and other friends and family members. We laughed so hard when no one could remember the words to the song: "Twelve Days of Christmas." We will remember Tim for his jovial, warm, caring personality. Take care Holmes family. With love from David and Beverly Magers.

Too many good stories. I do remember in Junior High, he had to make a decision to continue playing the trombone or play football. We're glad he chose football. Probably the best story was finding the propeller of his dad's boat one night when for some reason it fell off while we were using it one night. Don't know how he found it or if his dad ever found out. I don't think anyone could make the lunch room at DBJHS as quiet as Timmy after one of his famous "Sneezes". Many more good memories ...

When I moved here from Pompano Beach in 2003. You lived opposite me. We had only been here a few weeks when you had a party with frinds and neigbors. You invited us to share and meet vevery one. We were told to just come in the front door. We did just that to see that a cndle had burnt out and had just started a small fire on the table cloth. We extinguished it and had a great laugh over it. We have continued to laugh every time we met. Tim we are going to miss you terribly.
Love from.

Posted by Susan (Loomis) Monaghan from Palm City, FL - Old Neighbor on September 16, 2011My deepest sympathy to the Holmes Family. Although I didn't know Tim's extended family, I knew Tim from elem. thru 12th grade. We lived down the street from Tim's house and I fondly remember my Mother only calling Tim's Dad to fix the tv. We shared a party line and I remember many times when we both wanted to use the phone at the same time. I have fond memories of Tim's kindness(he really was a nice guy) and his jovial laugh and also watching our "Bucks" play on Fri. nights. You can imagine my suprise when I recently learned that my own son has been friends with Tiffany since his early school years. This really is a small world but a better one for having Tim in it. I hope your fond memories of Tim see you through this very difficult time. Susan
