Alan's passion was working in the Customer Service Industry; Alan enjoyed helping everyone he encountered. Alan was a dedicated worker at Home Depot #0658, on numerous occasions he referred to them as his second family. In 2019, Alan left Home Depot due to his advancing medical condition (Interstitial Lung Disease).

Alan never showed fear and stood strong fighting his medical condition, staying positive and always worrying about the well-being of others verse's his own, that's the kind of person Alan was and that's what made him Very Special, Alan had a Heart of Gold.

Memorable Moments were spending time with family, and on certain days if you could not find Alan, all you had to do was go to his favorite theatre and he was one of the first ones standing in the line to see the new movie being released. Alan was a natural movie critic, that should have been his true calling, his knowledge about the movie industry was remarkable and beyond what most knew. He was a fan of all movies as well as certain television shows; Alan loved all movies even the older ones dating back to 1939, such as Gone with the Wind, to current movies. Harrison Ford was Alan's favorite actor, he seen them all. Alan loved all movies, but his favorite movies were the ones directed by George Lucas and Steven Spielberg.

As Alan enters the gates of Heaven, Alan is now at peace and pain free and reunited with many loved ones. Alan will be dearly missed by every heart that he touched. Alan's family and friends will dearly miss him, one day we will slowly replace the tears of sadness with the memories that Alan has brought to Our Hearts.

Alan you will "Always be Forever in Our Hearts, we love you very much"
Alan ……"May the Force be with You"

"God said to Alan, come with me."
God saw that Alan was Tired, Alan gave it a good fight. We knew he was not getting better, we stayed positive throughout the night. We prayed for a healing miracle, but there was not one insight.
In the early morning hours. I felt the room change, there was a calm and peaceful feeling, a feeling of Love.
As the dim light shined in the room, I can see that Alan was now at peace, within a minute or two his heart slowly came to rest,
I knew that Alan is now with God and in a better place.

God placed his arms around Alan and said, "come with me, Heaven is a beautiful place, you will now see."

We love Alan dearly, I know it's hard to let go, but the special love in Our Hearts for Alan will always grow.
