"Hey hey, he's still alive! I don't have much to respond on but I will say from what Raul has steatd to the chelsea site, he is not making any significant difference in money. It sounds like a combination of things; 1) Dalglish wants to have a primarily English or UK team for some unknown reason and he was basically relegated to the bench, 2) Raul was promised a review of his pay schedule after his first season depending on how he performed and we know how well he did, 3) Liverpool started shopping him around and that is when Chelsea got interested, who would have really thought we would have gotten him. He was by far my favorite player on your squad and makes any club better immediately. So, really sorry Russell, I sincerely mean that. The only thing I'll say on Bellamy is he's a hood that plays gritty but is in the Joey Barton class of worthless piece of flesh. Keep in touch Russell, it doesn't take that long to throw a few nifty tid bits of thought out there to engage Rick and entertain the rest of us."

"I had the pleasure of meeting Carroll on several occasions, at a Chile Cookoff in Catalina, in a trip to Hawaii with Al Dowd, etc. What a charmer he was and he always remembered that I liked macadamia nuts and would bring some to me. I am also the proud owner of a 1964 1/2 Mustang fastback. The original owner...it's red of course. What a fabulous guy Carroll was. He will be rememberd fondly. Carol Wright"
