"truthfully, i never even heard of Uncle Frank until one night I watched the show and nearly died laughing at his crazy antics. I then learned he had passed away and saw the tribute on the tv with Jimmy. It really made me cry. He wa a funny funny man and made a lot of people laugh. Now I watch Aunt Chippy but thats a whole nother story. Rest in piece Uncle Frank and keep making thos angels laugh."

"There are no words to describe how we all eelt about "Uncle Frank" My now deceased husband, Lou Tahlor, and Frank were best friends from childhood on. Louie would tell us stories of the things he and "Frannie" did. I'm just sorry we did not get to see Frank more often. I know he's up in heaven with Louie and I'm glad they're reunited. Frank, I'll never forget you. Rest in Peace."

"I remember when Frank was dating Chippy. Chippy lived next door to me in Brooklyn and her parents (Sal & Edith)were the nicest people in the world. If I knew when & where the funeral was I would be there in a flash with my mother & sister. We were all good friends. I'll miss you Frank."
