"Sorry to see this about John. He was fun to talk to even though very opinionated. He did well in land speculation and his science study with sundials and translating work. John told me he translated a book from German by looking up each individual word as he did not know the language. Quite a feat. Having to do with ancient sundials I think. His scientific book is in some very top notch university libraries I remember him informing me of that. Don't know how he died. He toured me in his big Four wheel drive wagon one afternoon proudly displaying his foothills acreages sold. One brand seemed to be his favorite for cruising the rural roads. Sorry I did not stay more in touch with him after he moved to Wyoming."

"I am so sorry to hear of John's passing. I knew him when he lived in Belvue , CO. I just found out today that he passed. I remember fondly his sense of humor - often he would have me in stitches over some silly thing, his love of the TV show Seinfield and what a good dancer he was!
Was he in a fatal accident? I see he passed on his birthday. Taryne"
