"Roger was the Best Man at my wedding. He was my confidant and friend. We both shared the stigma of being Whistleblowers, meaning telling the truth at all costs for the benefit of others. Roger and I shared some of my worst times and he helped me get through all of it. He changed my life forever for the better and I am sure he did this for many others. Roger was selfless, only carrying for others and as me, sometimes at our personal expense. I look at my wedding video and there is Roger and Roberta, his wonderful wife. His memory will always be strong in my heart. The world has lost a great man and mentor. Roger, we will miss you deeply."

"I am truly sorry for the loss of this gentleman. America needs more heroes of his ilk. His family has every right to be more than proud of his integrity and courage. May God Bless them. America is poorer for this loss, as well."
