"As a teenager I saw tony Martin in casbah and became a huge fan. I purchased all of his records and listened to him constantly..three years ago I wrote him a fan letter telling him how much I enjoyed him over the years. I received a thank you note and a picture.
He will e sorely missed."

"Deepest Sympathy goes out the The Martin Family during this sorrowful time. My Father James E Taylor Jr. met and served with Mr. Martin while in the Army. My Dad still remembers those days quite well, almost like they were yesterday."
