Deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Elizabeth May Millard Reed, especially to her son David. Both Mary Templeton my mom now 91, and I now 56 have known Elizabeth Reed and her late husband jesse for many years and visited their Elkins, WV studio and home. Each time Elizabeth was the most gracious host while sharing auditing of books with my mom of the State American Assocuiation of Unversity Women. If in Elkins, Buckhannon or Morgantown and at other places in WV, Elizabeth was always an educator extraordinaire, yet a most friendly person to all. Her students fondly recall her teaching computer and math skills and Jess shared his passion of art too with others. Jesse and Elizabeth were a most enduring and loving couple and shared same love w their family and extended friends. Share many good times w others and keep their memories alive as they will continue to remain in our hearts. Elizabeth and jesse were special friends when paul martin Templeton died in 2004 my dad and we will never forget them. Blessings.

David I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I have many fond memories of her and your family when we visited each other years ago. I am so glad Elizabeth and I had gotten back in touch over the past two years when we exchanged Christmas cards and talked of the reunion. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. May you find comfort.
