My prayers go up to God for the family. I knew Pattye well in Pueblo, CO. Her daughter Michelle and I were and still are good friends. I spent many days at the Oakley house and remember what a sweet woman Pattye was. I know where she is now and can't wait to see her again in Heaven some day. God Bless the family. Love, Tammy Finn Petrick

Pastor Oakley I am so sorry for your loss, I know I have not seen you or your wife at Kroger or Walmart for a while. I know that you know the God of Comfort. I know your wife is with Jesus, saying oh, I can't wait for my husband to experience this. She truly was a woman of God. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. God bless you.

You will be dearly missed

I will miss you so much Pattye Lavene, I love you and appreciate all the love, laughter, support through the darkest days of my life, the faith in God you shared with me that I will carry with me for all my days on earth. May you rest in peace with Paul, Grammy, Grandpa Norman, Aunt Lou and so many others that left before you. The lasting impression you made through your love, generosity, hospitality, kindness, faith, positive and energetic way you approached every day, all the great times we had during my summers with you as well as your visits here and the trip you, mom and I made to take me back to my roots, will forever be in my heart as treasured moments. I will so miss your boisterous laugh, and beautiful smile, the bright red lips that spoke words of love and compassion, and the feeling of sitting beside you talking for hours, your hugs, caramel pie and chocolate pie and biscuits. Everything about you I will miss. I love you with all my heart.
