Alexis was born on December 4, 1998 in Waconia. Lexi also known as Smiley had the most beautiful smile and contagious laugh. She was always smiling and loving life. Her sweet soul gave her such compassion and care for others. She was always helping others and putting others before herself. Alexis wanted to continue that care and become a pediatric nurse. She always put 150% into everything.

Softball and her teammates were her passion. Her saying was "Live, Love Softball." She also loved playing volleyball and hanging out with her family.

Lexi's care for others did not end in her death, she wanted to donate her organs to save other lives and heal families. To date she has saved 3 lives. Lexi will live on in our hearts forever.

Preceded in death by her great-grandparents Kenneth and Grace Larsen, Theodore and Lauretta Kretsch.

Condolence & Memory Journal

Lexi, it's a beautiful thing when a life like yours can continue to inspire people after you are gone. Though we never met, I've coached teams in the tournament put on in your honor and its obvious the positive effect you had on so many and continue to have through this tournament and your memory. I will work harder to treasure every moment with the young women I have the opportunity to coach because of you. Keep smiling.

From one city clerk to another....You are in my thoughts and prayers during this time of grief.

I am just curious if anyone would happen to know where we might be able to get 3 of the stickers that were by the guest book at the church? I was distracted by acquaintances as I went to sign the guest book, and forgot to get them. Jenny, We will never forget what a great young lady you raised. Thanks for letting Lexi help make a mark in our families lives. You should be very proud of the legacy Lexi left. Our hearts go out to you and Andy.

Dear Jenny, I send you my deepest sympathy on the death of your beloved Lexi. I never had the chance to meet Lexi, but from all I have read and all you told me about her, she was an amazing daughter. I know you were so proud of her. May God, family and friends surround you with the love and support to uphold you in this most difficult time. I will continue to pray for you.

Remember Jesus' promise to us in John 14:2 - In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you, Lexi.

In God's Peace,

Dear Lexi's Family,
It was always a blessing to play against such a great player during the school ball season. And a huge honor to watch her play against our teams the past few years. Your family is in the Minnesota Matrix prays.
