I was so sorry to read of Sylvia's passing. As many have already said she was pure class and grace. Living next door to her for a few short years, I had the opportunity of seeing her true style and beauty in her home and her spirit. Rest in peace Sylvia, you will never be forgotten.

I was saddened to hear about the passing of Sylvia. Condolences to her mother Peggie, and brother Earnest, Jr. as well as her husband, children and other family members.
Even though I had not seen Sylvia in almost 50 yrs., I still remember how she smiled through her eyes. Her eyes were alive with vigor, anticipation and love. She had a special way with people and knew instinctively how to engage others. Sylvia had an innate sense of beauty, a reflection of who she was. I will always remember her as a kind, vibrant and loving spirit.
She will never be forgotten. May she rest in peace.

There are words like, beauty, elegance, classy, kind, stylish and smart to describe Sylvia. But I think the most important is "a Woman who loved God. She was so devoted to St. Paul and her passing is tremendous loss.

Dan and children, I pray that the memories you have of Sylvia will wipe away the tears as they stream down your face, I pray that God will comfort your hearts as you continue living without her
