Condolence & Memory Journal

One of the most depressing days of my life was today! I knew Bingo for years as I was the Director of Operations at the Port Authority and I met Bingo over 25 years ago when I was a new bus operator. I got the group to sing in New York and went to various Pittsburgh Old Record Collectors Club functions. I called Bingo every few months in order to check on him and just got the horrible news today. Life is too short and my dearest of friends left me and my wife and I will never be the same. Rest in peace my dear friend and I will hook up with you, I promise!

Blue Moon----what a song. During my early years in music it was always playing on the radio and it's words are forever in my memory. It was a time when music was at it's best.

Dear Janet,
Please accept my deepest sympathy. I never knew that Bingo was so famous as a singer. I remember the fun times we had at Sears at Allegheny Center. You were clearly the very capable office manager, and I admired you for your consistent cool in handling many situations. I will listen very attentively to any renditions of the Marcels in the future and think of Bingo. I know he will be missed by many. Please extend my sympathies to your family.
