Whenever Rudy and I would see each other in our yards we would always strike up a conversation. I truly enjoyed talking with him, sometimes for an hour or more, over the fence. He had a great sense of humor and was the best neighbor/friend anyone could ask for. I will miss him dearly. My deepest condolences to his wife, Spodra, his children Dzintars ("Z") and Sandra and the rest of his family and friends.
