Condolence & Memory Journal

Dear Charles and Family:

"Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows;" Isaiah 53:4 NKJV

You have my sincerest sympathies upon the passing of Carol. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. I can still remember her kind expression and her helpful attitude all those years ago when she waited on me as a teller at the former First National Bank of Canton.

I didn't know Carol that well since my connections with her were because of the Children's Church over in Heritage Village on the Troy Fairgrounds. I did stop often at the house to see Charles, though, and always loved seeing her because she was so cheerful and helpful. If I went there without a smile, she was sure to help me get one. My heart goes out to Mr. Rockwell especially and to the family, to those who loved her deeply. I am so grateful for the times I did get to sit at their table and have a nice chat. That house is no longer a home for now. Its occupants are not there anymore. She is already in her new home! Bless the name of Lord forever!

Mr. Rockwell, my heart goes out to you as you grieve the earthly passing of your "My Carol" even with knowing your "My Carol" passed on into heaven. Your "My Carol" was a sweet Lady who will be missed. Prayerfully, Melba Campbell
