Condolence & Memory Journal

To the Haege family and to Glenn (the Handyman)'s many fans, I had the good fortune to be a guest of Glenn's national radio show many times and he was a professional and an asset to the broadcasting field. I send my sympathy to his family and hope that one of his able associates continues his show in his memory. Regards, Dr. Lori Verderame www.drloriv.com

May God bless the entire Haege family in this time of sorrow. I can't say I'm a handyman, but Glenn inspired me to try to fix/replace some things that I might not have tried without listening to his show and his encouragement to the callers and listeners. I listened to him on WLWI-AM 1440 for years, and WACV-AM 1170 for several years before that. As so many are saying, he seemed like such a genuinely nice person, and all the articles I've read since his passing bear out that he was. God bless again.

My Dear Friend, the flame that was you may seem extinguished but it is only flickering. Youre flame will continue to burn for many many years to come. Our Lord must have projects to complete for him to have called you home. Fair winds and flowing seas to you Glenn till your next big adventure.

Glenn and I met when we both joined the same cigar lounge. He was a true gentleman from the beginning. We shared a lot of stories about work, our families and our cigars preferences. I will miss you old friend. Dave Dillon
