Mr. Tomak was a great coach and guidance counselor. I knew him in the mid 80's at Hannibal Central School. He will be missed

Larry and I worked together in Hannibal for six years. He and I and our wives became fast and close friends. Many great coaching memories and times together. In fact we bought a lot and shared the same well for our first homes. He was a great guy and was sooo sorry to hear of his passing. RIP my old friend.

Mr. Tomak as I always called him, is the single person I can look back on who inspired me to "keep on running", as he wrote in my yearbook. I will always thank him and Gary Wilson for pushing me to be my best. I doubt I would have had the sports career and coaching career without Mr. Tomak. Thank you for all you did for me. Don Hass Jr.

Sorry to read about this. He was a new teacher when I attended Hannibal in early to mid 1970s. I was in his class and on the Track and Cross Country teams; class of '75. A very caring man. Will be sorely missed by many.
